Check in to the hotel takes place after 14 h.

INTERNET

You can use the free wireless internet on the territory of the hotel.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX

For your convenience and safety you can use a safe deposit box at the reception desk. The hotel is not responsible for lost valuables that have not been deposited in a safe. The use of a safe deposit box is against payment.

TECHNICAL FAILURES.

Please inform the reception desk to ensure the timely fixing of failures.

FOREIGN CURRENCY EXCHANGE

There is a foreign currency exchange office next to reception desk.

OTHER SERVICES

The Reception will assist you if you wish to rent a car, order a taxi, if you need medical assistance or information about excursions or events.

MESSAGES

During your absence the reception desk will receive any messages for you.

PARKING

The hotel has an unguarded free parking lot with a limited number of places.

 

ROOM

There are 220 volt wall sockets in the room.

Central air-conditioning.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION

When you open the door of the terrace the air-conditioner of your room switches off automatically.

BALCONY

Please lock the balcony door when you go out due to safety considerations.

KEY

Please leave the key at reception desk when you leave the hotel.

FIRE

Each floor and each room has an evacuation plan. Please follow their instructions in case of need.

CHECKING OUT OF THE HOTEL

Please check out on the day of departure until 12.00 h. If you wish to keep the room after that time against the relevant payment please inform the reception desk.

ELEVATOR

Smoking in the elevator is forbidden.
For safety reasons the elevator may not be used by unaccompanied minors under 12 years of age. Do not useelevator in case of fire.

NOISE

Please keep quiet in the corridors of the hotel after 23.00 h out of respect for the other guests.

Example: 909 ---> 1909. To call an apartment, please dial the floor where the apartment is located and then 88. Example: A100 ---> 188; for A1000 ---> 1088
Outgoing calls: For outgoing calls, please dial 0 and the desired number with the corresponding code.

 

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool can be used every day until 18.00. At 18.00 h our staff begins cleaning and preparing the pool for the next day. For safety reasons, we ask you not to use the pool after this time. Please follow all safety rules.

LOUNGES

Reserving lounges with personal belongings or clothes is not desirable. If necessary, the hotel staff may remove your belongings.

FOR CHILDREN

The hotel has a children’s centre for children over 3 years old. Please do not leave children without parental supervision.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Food–Dear Guests, it is not allowed under the sanitary and hygienic rules to take any food and drinks to the rooms.
Pets–We love animals but we comply also with the desires of the other guests so we do not admit pets to the hotel.
